Year and Day is a small, woman-owned business that makes thoughtful flatware and ceramics to elevate the more mundane moments of your life. Anything from this brand makes would be a dope housewarming or holiday present. Stainless steel cutlery is absolutely necessary, but I like switching it up sometimes with Year & Day's gold flatware. The plates are super large and everything I cook looks downright delicious in their bowls.

It's an investment, but you're really gonna love them. Although I haven't had the energy to put contact paper on the cabinets, I was able to add some personality with my Year & Day set. My kitchen looks very plain, so I'm trying to make it reflect *me*. If you go with gold or black flatware, dry those immediately. When the litterbox cleans itself, it puts the scooped items into a special compartment so we don’t have to see or smell them. All I did was place the litterbox in the spot her normal litterbox used to be and showed it to her. During this time and currently, she has not used the restroom elsewhere in the house, only in the litterbox. It seemed to take her about a day or so to feel comfortable defecating in it. She was originally nervous and curious and as she is a guard cat (literally, no joke), she would be on high alert and run to investigate every time the thing would self-clean. I've since used it on fire ant bites on our feet (iykyk) and it worked like a charm. But, after using this right away, we had to really look hard for the spots were he got stung the next morning.

We got all the stingers out, no pain, no tears, and the best part, NO WELTS! Normally his skin would swell up and these horrible purple welts would be at each and every spot where he was bitten/stung, so painful for him. He was stung by multiple wasps on the playground and I had this in my car, luckily. Buy multiple, keep one in the car, in the camper, in the bathroom, everywhere! This sucker (pun intended) WORKS! Like his mama, my son has sensitive skin and is extremely reactive to bug bites.
